Delbar, meaning "heart captured" in Farsi, is a love letter to the flavors, traditions, and family gatherings that shaped Founder and CEO Fares Kargar's childhood in Gorgan, Iran. Inspired by the women who taught him to cook, his mother, aunts, and grandmother, Delbar celebrates the warmth and generosity of Middle Eastern hospitality through food meant to be shared.

Opened in 2020 in the heart of Inman Park, Delbar quickly became one of Atlanta's most beloved dining destinations. The menu showcases a vibrant blend of Iranian, Turkish, Lebanese, and regional Middle Eastern flavors, honoring time-honored recipes while embracing a modern approach to hospitality.
