About Delbar Middle Eastern - Buckhead

Delbar Buckhead brings the soul of Middle Eastern hospitality to one of Atlanta's most vibrant neighborhoods. Founded by Iranian-born restaurateur Fares Kargar, Delbar is inspired by the family recipes, traditions, and gatherings that defined his upbringing in Gorgan, Iran.

After arriving in Atlanta as a refugee at age 17, Fares built a career in hospitality before opening the original Delbar in 2020. Today, Delbar Buckhead continues that journey, offering a menu that celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Iran, Turkey, Lebanon, and the broader Middle East through bold flavors, thoughtful craftsmanship, and warm service.

Designed for both everyday dining and special occasions, Delbar Buckhead combines a lively atmosphere with dishes meant for sharing, from freshly baked breads and vibrant mezze to signature kebabs, seafood, and seasonal specialties.
