This Hemingway-inspired speakeasy is named after chef Pat Pascarella’s favorite author’s fishing boat, and the mood is mid-century modern gone glam and gangster. The author, shirtless with a shotgun, stares from behind the bar at guests sipping classic cocktails and specialties like a clarified daiquiri called the Six Toed Cat.
