Why We Like It
The attention to detail here is clear from the moment you step through the door. The only such option in Brookhaven, its promise of 16 courses of fish flown in from Toyosu Fish Market daily for just $78 (a commitment so deep it’s built into the name) turns omakase into everyday luxury. Formal matcha service, daily specials, add-ons, and a 12-course lunch add more options to your weekday rotation.
Qualifies for Resy Credit
