Need to Know

Here's some more information that may be helpful to you in the reservation and dining experience here at Chestnut....

1. We do not accept parties larger than 8 guests, nor can we split parties larger than 8 guests into multiple tables. Parties of 6 or more will need to be reserved over the phone with a host, and credit card info will be required to make the reservation. Parties of 6 or more will be subject to a cancellation fee where by if there is a cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation time, there will be a $25 charge per guest.
2. If you are making a reservation for the first time through RESY, submitting your phone number only confirms your account with RESY. The text from RESY is an Account Confirmation, not a RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. You will need to follow the directions in the text message, where you will be directed to selecting your reservation party size, and time. When all is successfully completed, you will receive a text or email confirming your actual reservation.
3. Bar seating is first come, first serve. When the bar fills up, the hosts will establish a waitlist and contact those guests on the waitlist as spots become available. We prefer guests not approach the bar to purchase drinks to take elsewhere, as there are a number of guests that sit there to enjoy their drinks and conversations.
