BAK restaurant offers both an a la carte and a set menu created with the best locally gained products. The menu changes from day to day since its strongly dependent of small producers and therefore the weather.
The menu is focussed around vegetables and since 2017 the restaurant mainly works with wild meat. This is to give a good example, to challenge our chefs and because we believe this is the right way to a better world.
