Noëmie is a founding member of the Resy Editorial team with highly opinionated thoughts on croissants and cookies (amongst _many_ other things), which she entirely blames on her upbringing: She’s a French-Taiwanese-American writer who grew up in Paris, whose dad works in wine, whose French grandparents were charcutiers, and whose mother is a baker with a cookie shop in Paris’ 2ème arrondissement (it’s called Cookie Love, [check it out](https://www.cookielove.paris/en/)). In a previous life, Noëmie had a brief stint as an ad woman, worked FOH at a constantly packed French restaurant, at Paris’ first-ever spritz bar, and for French food magazine, Fricote.
