- **Next on your bucket list**  I’m about to make the meat lover’s ultimate pilgrimage to Dario Cecchini’s butcher shop in Tuscany. Still need to plan a Napa Valley trip around a French Laundry reservation one day.  
- **Your Ratatouille moment**  Watching “30 Minute Meals” on Food Network every day after school, feeling confident I’d cook an easy, delicious dinner like that every night when I grew up (only to discover I’d much rather try a new restaurant).
