Miami's 2026 Michelin Stars and Restaurant Winners
Published: May 28, 2026
Michelin is back in South Florida, with big honors for some of Miami’s top restaurants.
This year saw the addition of two new Michelin star recipients: Mutra in North Miami, and Emelina in West Palm Beach. For the fifth year in a row, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon leads the way as the Michelin Guide’s only two-star honoree in Florida, and Tâm Tâm continues to head up the Bib Gourmand list, a designation defined as “great value.”
Read on to see the complete list of honorees that are available to book on Resy and Tock.

Boia De
★ | Buena Vista
Boia De is what you get when you combine the collective talents of two chefs trained in the kitchens of Scarpetta, Carbone, Animal, Son of a Gun, Eleven Madison Park, and The Nomad. Chefs Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer have created a true delight, nestled in the middle of a shopping complex. Don’t sleep on the incredible pastas.
COTE Miami
★ | Design District
We’d say something about how the Miami mirror of Simon Kim’s Korean-inspired steakhouse in Manhattan is an easier Resy to nab. But … well, it didn’t take long for this outpost to achieve the same force-of-nature status as the original. No shocker there: The menu is executed to the nines, whether the $225 steak “omakase” or the “steak and eggs” of filet mignon tartare with caviar; and the beverage selections are just as rewarding.
El Turco
Bib Gourmand | Buena Vista
The legacy of Turkish culinary traditions are alive and well at this beloved Miami stalwart where the all-day menu perpetually entices diners with everything from dazzling platters of mezze and juicy adana kebabs to crisp lahmacun and flaky borek.
Emelina
★ | West Palm Beach
At Emelina, Cuban cuisine is reimagined through a speculative lens: What might Cuban food have become if it had been allowed to evolve without the constraints of communism? The result is a thrilling 10-course tasting menu that never fails to delight.

Heritage
Bib Gourmand | Flagler Village
Heritage delivers and then some, packing its small dining room in Flagler Village every night, in-season and out. It’s the creation of Rino Cerbone, whom local music fans may know as the lead singer of Stellar Revival. Turns out he’s even more talented as a pizzaiolo, putting out thin, charred-crust pizzas with tangy sauce and smooth cheese. The open kitchen and small dining area give Heritage endless energy, and on the off chance you’re not feeling pizza, the fresh pastas are good, too.
Hiden
★ | Wynwood
Inspired by the legends and tales of small secret restaurants in Japan, Hiden is an eight-seat omakase counter that transforms traditional Japanese fine dining into something all its own, presented through a seasonal tasting menu featuring fresh ingredients and selected items flown in directly from Japan. It’s also a true speakeasy, hiding behind a taco stand in Wynwood, and requiring a password to enter.

La Natural
Bib Gourmand | Little River
The simple and sophisticated au naturel room both works for and with what’s coming out of this Little River kitchen. Think: Billowy wood-charred pizzas with zesty toppings like Sichuan peppercorns and za’atar, wonderful veg-forward dishes to pass around the table, and one of the most robust natural wine lists in the city.

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon
★★ | Design District
Just upstairs from Le Jardinier, Joël Robuchon’s legend lives on at the Florida location of the late chef’s defining restaurant, known for its immaculately prepared dishes of crispy langoustine with basil coulis, and its foie gras torchon. And of course, there are his exceptionally silky pommes purée — never ever to be missed. Book a seat at the counter for an unobstructed view of the action from the open kitchen.

Le Jardinier Miami
★ | Design District
The student, in this case, is just downstairs from the master. This Art Deco jewel box is the perfect setting for exquisite contemporary French cuisine, driven by the talents of culinary director Alain Verzeroli, a longtime protégé of Robuchon himself.
Lucali Miami
Bib Gourmand | Sunset Harbour- Miami Beach
Bringing a taste of Brooklyn soul to Miami with handmade thin-crust pies and calzones with just the right touch of char. The room is unfussy, with an open kitchen, flickering oven, and a warm, rustic vibe. It’s perfect for laid-back date nights or lingering pizza parties with friends.
Mandolin Aegean Bistro Miami
Bib Gourmand | Design District
You’ll feel completely at home in this restaurant, housed inside a converted bungalow from the 1940s, and lovingly transformed by Ahmet Erkaya and Anastasia Koutsioukis. Together, they opened Mandolin as a showcase for Greek and Turkish cuisine from the Aegean coast, like freshly grilled fish, ali nazik, köfte, and manti. Definitely one of the trickier tables to grab in Miami (with good reason) but, well … we’ve got some tips.
Michael's Genuine Food & Drink
Bib Gourmand | Design District
This Design District restaurant is beloved among Miamians for its unpretentious approach to seasonal American fare, earning itself a fiercely loyal following in the process. You’ll find a lively bar scene upon arrival, with cocktails as good as the food. Don’t miss the crispy pork belly, which arrives with kimchi and crushed peanuts.
Mutra
★ | North Miami
You can feel the familial influences in every piece of this North Miami spot. Named in honor of chef Raz Shabtai’s grandmother, the menu centers their Israeli heritage with a contemporary spin and a local and seasonal sensibility. Bites like liver pâté with pistachio crumble, beets with vegan tzatziki, and lamb kebabs steal the show.
Ogawa
★ | Little River
Ogawa, which translates to the same name of its Miami neighborhood, is an intimate multi-sensory experience that highlights the very best of Japanese cuisine and hospitality, with a sushi bar that seats only 10, and a commitment to serving the very best ingredients from Japan at the peak of seasonality. Their lush and private Japanese garden is also not to be missed.

Phuc Yea
Bib Gourmand | Little River
Half Colombian and half Vietnamese, Phuc Yea is not your typical Vietnamese restaurant by any means. That means buttermilk fried chicken with Cajun spices and sriracha aioli, bo luc lac crafted from filet mignon, chicken wings lacquered in fish caramel sauce, and ceviche with salsa criolla.
Stubborn Seed
★ | Miami Beach
This is a tasting-menu restaurant where the priorities are clear: focused cooking, serious sourcing, and very little distraction. Chef Jeremy Ford builds the menu around what’s coming off his Homestead farm, letting local ingredients shape dishes that change often.
Tâm Tâm
Bib Gourmand | Downtown Miami
From the worn wood paneling to the mismatched yard-sale plates and Barbarella poster on the wall, everything about Tâm Tâm feels like it’s been around forever. Born out of a pop-up, these Vietnamese dishes (think sweet-sticky wings and lemongrass coconut clams) win over everyone. The food is meant for drinking, the wine and beers go with everything, and yes, that is a karaoke machine in the bathroom.
The Surf Club Restaurant
★ | Surfside
This glamorous hideaway in the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club bears all of the hallmarks of a Thomas Keller restaurant — intuitive hospitality, unmistakeable poise, and breathtaking cooking of the highest order.
