13 Limited Edition Burger and Champagne Pairings Across New York — Resy | Right This Way

The annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic takes place on June 3. To mark the occasion, some of New York’s top restaurants are featuring Veuve Clicquot to ring in the summer season with a very special pairing of bubbly and a burger. The limited-time specials will kick off in mid-May and run for the next several weeks. From the short rib/brisket number at Dante to the wagyu double-patty at Peak, each restaurant’s offering is slightly different, so here’s what to expect.
